Orders & Shipping 7 questions
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays.
After dispatch, delivery within the United States generally takes 4–6 business days. The total estimated delivery time, including processing, is 5–8 business days. Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped within the United States, unless otherwise stated at checkout or as part of a specific promotion.
Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on US federal public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can also check your order status on our Order Tracking page.

If a package cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or another issue caused by the customer, any return shipping fees, re-shipping costs, or related carrier charges may be deducted from any applicable refund where permitted by law.

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and in original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging where applicable. For full details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy.
Yes, provided they are unworn and in original condition. Soles must show no signs of wear, dirt, scratches, or outdoor use. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box where applicable. Please do not use the original shoe box as the outer shipping box.

For standard returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Stilnovawear will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund to your account.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Stilnovawear offers fashion products, including apparel and footwear such as blazers, blouses, dresses, jackets, shoes, t-shirts, and related items.
We make reasonable efforts to display product information, descriptions, prices, sizes, colors, and images accurately. However, minor variations in color, appearance, fit, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, photography, production differences, or normal manufacturing tolerances.
We do not offer a separate commercial warranty unless expressly stated on the product page or in writing. However, products should match their description and be free from material defects at the time of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

All prices and transactions on our website are shown and processed in US dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
