Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.
Shipping is free on all orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout or in a specific promotion.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues
Risk of loss or damage to products generally passes to you once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
